Seneca County real estate: nine most expensive homes sold, Sept. 21-Oct. 11

A house in Romulus that sold for just under $1 million tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Seneca County between Sep. 21 and Oct. 11.
In total, nine residential real estate sales were recorded in the county during the past three weeks, with an average price of $363,078, or $192 per square foot.
The prices in the list below concern real estate sales where the title was recorded from the week of September 21 to the week of Oct. 11 even if the property may have been sold earlier.
